 Members from the five school districts that make up Mid-Placer serve as the Governing Board. 

 Each District designates who will represent their District on the Mid-Placer Board.  Designated representatives are usually Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and Chief Business Officer in their own Districts. 

  The designated representatives bring a diverse background to the administration of Mid-Placer as they set policy and guide the Agency.
